Strawberry Smoothie easy recipe 

いいちご スムージー!![ichigo semuji] I love strawbies, I love everything strawbie. However, I cannot handle fake strawbie flavours. I used to have an allergy from strawberry flavours especially when its in strawberry milk. Even though my body got over the allergy on its own, I still feel vomity when I drink it which makes me not trust anything strawbie flavoured in the markets ~ I prefer to do my own. Except strawbie ice cream. Have you tried Häagen-Dazs’ strawberry cheesecake ice cream? Its da BOMB. 

Anyway on with the turorial! 


  • 1 cup of fresh/frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt 
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1tbs flaxseed
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract {optional}
  • Desired amount of milk {optional}



  1. Add everything in the blender except for milk and start blending
  2. Gradually add desired amount of milk as it blends. The purpose of milk here is to change the consistency of the smoothie. If you want it thick then you could skip it, however I like its smooth and creamy so I added around 1/3 of a cup. 

That’s it, you’re done!  Look at how pretty it is! Love how pink it is. Wish I owned Nana/Hachi’s strawbie cup ._.

Don’t forget to double the amount if ingredients if you’re gonna enjoy it with someone or if your like me take a good photo of it then edit it to make it look even more yummy then send it to a friend to make them jealous XD I feed off of my friends jealousy tbh #notagoodfriend 

On a totally different subject. Does anyone watch Pretty Little Liars? Do you think Andrew is -A because even though everything screams that its him, I highly doubt it. I think that he’s on the -A team but he’s not exactly  -A and they’ll reveal who the real -A is next week. Either way they’ll leave us on a huge cliffhanger that will make me want to kill myself 。・°°・(>_<)・°°・。



Hello everyone!
Lately I have been trying out meditating to calm and relax myself. I have read about it after trying it the first time and realised its very “healthy” for the human’s mind.

First things first, meditation is considered a mind-body complementary medicine. It helps relax the mind a brain. It helps your brain remove the jumbled thoughts to make you stress free. To sum it up, no stress: happy/healthy life and that’s what everyone is trying to reach, right?

Meditation, back then was used to help a person understand the sacred and mystical forces of life. While actually practicing meditating, at some point it feels like your soul had left your body and now your body feels empty.

Not only does meditation help you relax and calm down, but also improves some medical conditions like:
•Anxiety disorder
•Heart disease
•High blood pressure
•Sleep problems

Keep in mind that meditating isn’t a medicine, its an “addition” to the medicine.

There are a lot of types meditation, like Guided Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation, Qi Gong Meditation, Tai Chi Meditation, Transcendental Meditation and Yoga. The one I tried was the mantra.
Here are some tips:
Instead of sitting on on the floor l, sit on a pillow to be more comfy
Listen to meditation bowl
Use a timer, start by a short time like 5 minutes

After seated in position (crossed legged) start the timer and close your eyes and start focusing on your relaxing every part of your body, straighten your back and make sure everything feels comfortable. Spend the rest of the time trying to focus on the sound of the meditation bowl or your breath. This part isn’t easy at all! At least for me since I recently discovered that not everyone has “two minds”, its kinda like two people in one soul – one focuses on something and the other wont stop talking; I have that. If you don’t have that then it would be easier for you. Also I made it hard on myself by setting the timer for 10 minutes which caused me to constantly get in/out of meditation state. What I call “meditation state is the time when you feel your surrounding has gotten darker and your body is being separated from your soul and leaving this empty feeling that somehow felt funny for me and almost made me smile.

After the time was up, I opened my eyes and felt like everything is weird/new to me and my body felt extra sensitive but I got back to normal after a while. I felt very calmed down even though the meditation wasn’t the most successful one done in history of meditating but it was something for me. Meditating made me feel every muscle of my body and felt this pain in my neck that i haven’t noticed before hmmm maybe my head is so heavy from all the bwainzz wahahhaha.

I think meditation would help me in focusing better but its gonna be hard due to the 2 minds thing, I’m not even sure if that’s a condition that should be treated. I kinda sorta thought everyone had it and I’m just stupid because I cant focus/concentrate like everyone else .___. Maybe I’ll google something later, though we all know what the internet always think; cancer. Wtf. Also if i take it to another step by focusing on my breath rather than meditating bowl sound, I’d get over judging myself a lot and anxiety disorder.

I have tried meditating for a second time and i must say there was an improvement, maybe because i changed the timer to 5 from 10. 10 minutes is pretty hard so it was easier for me to concentrate on relaxing.

That’s it for now I guess until I try more meditating methods.


Adding yogurt to my diet

I think that the most thing humans want no matter what is to lose weight, even if you’re like 35kg wtf. No matter how much you weigh, you want less, simply because you can see the bad stuff in yourself more than anyone else.

Earlier, I figured out that yogurt helps in weight loss. So I’ve decided to get over the sour bitter taste and eat one cup daily, it actually doesn’t taste that bad after a while >o<

According to past researches, yogurt helps in making your body burn faster therefore helping you lose weight faster. Also I noticed that after eating yogurt, I tend to feel hungry less often so this obviously lowers my calorie intake daily. If you have a chocolate addiction like me you will need to cut more of other food, which isn't fun -.-" but with yogurt I don't feel the need of eating more meals other than lunch and dinner (I don't eat breakfast. Breakfast is for people who wake up early).

Alrighty, so how does it work? Meanie fats around your waist produce a troll hormone called "cortisol". Cortisol basically makes your life worser by making your body multiply in the amount of fat around the waist area (the place that everyone is aiming to be smallest in size has trolls). So this is how mr. Timmy (my belly) come to Earth. Anyway, yogurt contains calcium, calcium makes your body produce less of the troll hormone, there for less fat ^-^ (don't stress on your daily calcium intake because it can trigger acne).

Yogurt is gem-packed with vitamins that your body needs! potassium, phosphorous, riboflavin, iodine, zinc, vitamin B5 and vitamin B12. It is 60% of what an adult woman needs on daily basis in yogurt O.O! Maybe I should cut down a bit? Or Someday I'll be a super healthy lady ^o^
